About the role

Success across Australia and New Zealand has driven the need for enthusiastic, solutions focused candidates to ensure new and existing clients continue to receive outstanding value from our software. This involves engaging with the Endpoint IQ technical team to deliver professional services according to client needs. It is vital that you have exposure in research management as we are changing the way research is managed within large organisations.

Working closely with the CTO and senior technical specialists, this role will ensure delivery expectations are exceeded and projects deliver positive impact for clients. This is where we differ from competitors and this role goes beyond traditional project management. As such, a strong technical understanding and experience in the research sector is necessary. The role will empower the right candidate to grow their career in a highly specialised (sought after) position across multiple countries.

Endpoint IQ values innovation and contributing to product roadmap with new ideas is expected. We are also after solutions focused candidates who don’t mind “getting their hands dirty” if required. It is important that you genuinely care about client outcomes and you can demonstrate how you have gone over and above to achieve that.

• Demonstrable exposure to and understanding of managing research within large and complex organisations
• Ability to professionally manage project stakeholders in accordance with scope and expectations
• Ability to problem-solve, overcome barriers and find solutions with technical approaches
• Good time management, attention to detail and ability to undertake concurrent projects

• Project implementation experience and ability to work autonomously
• Experience running software demonstrations
