Level 1 IT Technician

Reporting to our Senior Field Technician, the role is responsible for assisting our teams with ICT and CCTV support services, along with operational assistance on various software and hardware infrastructure used within Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation (ALPA) and its businesses.
  
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

1. Be able to operate CCTV software, to support our remote teams.
2. 2.Facilitate operational capacity on internal IT systems.
3. Monitor and Audit hardware and software solutions, including identifying and actioning resolutions.
4. 4.Provide technical assistance on ALPA solutions to staff and end users
5. 5.Have the ability to contribute to documentation on products and services
6. 6.Be a champion of the ALPA values and demonstrate a commitment to work health and safety.
