What you'll be doing
The Customer Service Product Architect is to act as the subject matter expert for all digital workspace devices and application related technologies. They are responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of end user devices, defining a viable vision and roadmap for robust end user computing solutions which that aligned align to SCHN’s strategic objectives. Solutions are to focus on efficiency, security and end user experience with this role leading root cause analysis, problem management and recommend procedures and controls.
  1. Extensive experience in an IT architectural role with a focus on end-user computing solutions, or a degree in a relevant field or a combination of study and work experience in a complex environment.
  2. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience and demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Demonstrated time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities being able to meet agreed timelines against agreed initiatives/goals and objectives.
  4. Ability to provide after-hours and on-call support including on weekends and Public Holidays, or at short notice when there is an emergency to a variety of sites.
  5. Extensive analytical and problem-solving abilities with an advanced understanding of ITIL processes and the listed technologies.
  6. Demonstrated high level proficiency in the gathering, interpretating, and analysing data for the purpose of improvements to the service provisions and achieving business focused solutions.
  7. Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and management.
  8. An understanding and commitment to SCHN and NSW Health policies and procedures, including but not limited to a. The NSW Health Code of Conduct b. ICT related policies c. Work Health and Safety
