About the role

We’re seeking a motivated Technical Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions and driving improvements across our organisation. With a focus on Power Generation and Development, this role will empower you to collaborate with stakeholders, streamline processes, and support the implementation of cutting-edge systems like the IBM Maximo Asset Management solution.

What you’ll do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to capture, analyse, and refine business requirements that support efficiency and innovation
• Guide the delivery of business solutions by building strong relationships with stakeholders, analysing data, and identifying improvement opportunities
• Play an instrumental role in implementing the IBM Maximo Asset Management solution, supporting asset optimisation and business growth
• Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to ensure solutions align with long-term strategies
• Document processes and develop project plans while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Your experience

• Expertise in requirements gathering, process documentation, project planning, testing methodologies, and change management
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex systems and data flows
• Proven experience working across Agile and Waterfall project delivery methods
• Ability to influence and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

This role is best suited to someone with a proactive approach and has experience working within a complex and deadline driven environment.
