What you'll do 

As the Senior Manager for Infrastructure Domain Architecture, you'll manage a team of Solution Architects, influence stakeholders, facilitate strategic decision making and deliver pragmatic outcomes.  This is an exciting opportunity where you will play a key role in evolving our Infrastructure Architecture practice and taking it to the next level!  

• Work with business and IT stakeholders across the Woolworths Group to listen and understand their priorities and advise on their strategic business technology options;
• Leading the IT Infrastructure architecture team and driving domain / platform strategy and technology governance;
• Provide solution architecture delivery through development and coordination;
• Ensuring optimum business aligned technology solutions, governance and quality and resource utilisation;
• Enable continuous improvement and innovation whilst ensuring consistency and compliance; and
• Work with the broader leadership team and the wider Architecture team.

What you'll bring

• Demonstrated experience in managing infrastructure solution architecture teams within a large and complex environment 
• Demonstrated capability to structure complex problems and negotiate with and influence senior stakeholders 
• Team player who enjoys working at volume and pace with strong people management and communication skills
• A track record of driving change initiatives
• A strong history of working within complex IT projects and across multiple project teams/domains Consumer Products, Retail or Supply Chain experience will be highly regarded
