One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments are looking to engage multiple Program Managers to coordinate the delivery of multiple related projects and change activities.  You will also be responsible for mapping dependencies across projects/programs as well as working with influential stakeholders to ensure delivery within scope, schedule and budget constraints. The role will be based in Canberra with the successful Program Managers to be offered a 12 month contract with a 12 month extension option.

The successful Program Managers will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Mapping dependencies across projects and programs as well as scheduling initiatives
• Developing and presenting board papers and briefing materials for SES audiences
• Working with Program Governance including risk reporting and dependency management  
• Engaging with third party vendors to ensure successful delivery of requirements  

The successful Program Managers will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience with Program Governance including planning, financials and reporting
• Ability to adapt and work across various delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Experience in developing and presenting board papers and briefing materials
• Knowledge of Essential Eight and ISM (desirable)
