A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced Senior Cyber Project Manager to deliver multiple cyber related projects within the department’s ICT cyber security environment. The successful Senior Cyber Project Manager will be offered a 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month extension option.

The successful Senior Cyber Project Managers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Coordinate strategic planning for longer term project initiatives including communication plans.
• Identify, assess, manage, escalate, report and monitor project risks, issues and benefits, including developing treatment strategies.
• Research, review and evaluate projects in specific operational or technical areas including Cyber Security
• Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships and expectations to deliver projects.

The successful Senior Cyber Project Managers will have experience in the following:

• Proven experience a working as a Project Manager in an ICT or Cyber Security environment
• Demonstrated experience and ability to run multiple projects in tight timeframes
• Experience liaising with managed service providers, department staff, third-party vendors and relevant business areas
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge implementing Essential Eight
