The Role

Chief Information Officer Group (CIOG) is looking for people who want to develop a career as a Service Manager. In this role, you will support the management and controls to ensure ICT Services provided by CIOG meet customer and end-user requirements while ensuring a good ICT experience. 

We are looking for ICT professionals who have a user centric mindset that will ensure our workforce has the technology required to achieve Defence outcomes. Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in supporting ICT in Defence. You will provide fast and effective delivery of ICT services and projects and transform the way we do business, leading to quality Defence outcomes. 

We will be creating a merit pool to fill existing and future vacancies across CIOG and Defence over the next 18 months.
