Job Description
The Internal Communications Specialist at GYG will play a key role in helping to keep our stakeholders – including our crew, franchisees, and Hola Central staff well informed and connected. This role will assist in implementing our communications strategy, ensuring that the right information reaches the right people at the right time. They will collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective and meaningful communication throughout GYG.
This role is perfect for someone eager to contribute to building and optimising communications.
What you can expect in the role:
- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading internal communications such as newsletters, announcements and updates.
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure all communications are clear, actionable, and aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage and regularly update content on internal communication platforms.
- Ensure all communications are clear, engaging, and distributed through appropriate channels.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure effective communication across functions.
- Compile reports on the effectiveness of communication strategies, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all internal communication materials adhere to company brandings, tone of voice and style guidelines.
- Provide project support to internal communications team.
- Assist in the development and communication of internal processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure operational efficiency and support a seamless guest experience.
You will enjoy this role if you have:
- Experience in communications, public relations or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of internal communication best practice.
- Experience or familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms is a plus.
- Some experience or familiarity with graphic design software (e.g canva, adobe, creative suite).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to draft clear and engaging content.
