Our opportunity

As Senior Solution Engineer, you will focus on leading and expanding the IPA practice. This role involves developing advanced automation solutions and exploring AI technologies to integrate with IPA automations, thereby enhancing business processes and maximizing their value.

The Senior Solution Engineer will ensure the platform's usability, performance and scalability, working within an agile team to make Mirvac's platform highly secure, reusable, intelligent, and accessible to all business units across the organization.

Please note this is a 12-month maternity leave contract

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage with senior business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide strategic automation and AI solutions.
• Lead the design, build, and deployment of complex automation solutions using the UiPath platform in line with Mirvac's design and security standards.
• Maintain and administer the UiPath platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Provide advanced support for existing UiPath robots in the production environment.
• Develop and oversee the creation of test cases and facilitate comprehensive testing of robotic processes.
• Contribute to the exploration of AI solutions, including conversational AI, and their integration with IPA processes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to the development and maturing of the IPA practice and operating model.
• Actively promote the IPA platform and seek high-impact automation opportunities across the organization.
• Collaborate with other platform teams, product teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the IPA platform roadmap.
• Work with process analysts to capture, analyse, and document complex business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Your point of difference

You are an experienced, hands-on technical expert in UI Path, with exposure to AI/ML to effectively support the function. You will have:

• Relevant tertiary level qualifications.
• 7+ years in relevant technology/digital roles.
• Extensive hands-on development experience in major programming languages/platforms, specifically .NET (C#, C++, VB) or Java. Experience in the Microsoft .Net stack is highly preferred.
• Proven advanced development experience with the UiPath automation platform.
• Ability to author comprehensive SDDs, user training, effort estimation, and delivery planning documents.
• Experience in process reengineering, with expertise in methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or similar.
• Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements and develop detailed test case documents.
• Excellent self-presentation and a calm, professional, and mature attitude.
• UiPath Certification(s) 2020.4+.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Automation Cloud (Modern folders), Test Suite, and Automation Hub.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, Data Service and Integration Service
• Hands-on experience with business process capture, analysis, optimization, and documentation.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience in building and training machine learning models (Python, TensorFlow).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio/Virtual Agents, Power Automate, Power Apps etc.).
