One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage multiple System Analysts to design, deliver and maintain high quality IT systems and applications. You will also assist in the delivery of diverse and varied projects centred around a large scale Digital Transformation that is currently underway. The role can be based in Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne with flexible working arrangements also available. The successful System Analysts will be offered an 18 month contract with an 18 month extension option.

The successful System Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Synthesising business and technical requirements and presenting them in simple terms
• Working with traditional Agile delivery practices including backlog creation and refinement
• Facilitating workshops and performing business analysis activities including business process modelling
• Working with various business units to support and maintain new and existing customer data

The successful System Analysts will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience working in a similar role performing business analysis activities including workshop facilitation
• Proven experience working with cloud platforms including delivery of new services
• Experience working on diverse projects to deploy complex integrated technologies
• Demonstrated experience and flexibility adapting to Agile and Waterfall processes
