 About the role

We currently have a 12-month fixed term opportunity based for a suitably experienced candidate to take on the role of Information and Technology Senior Support Officer. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Manager IT through provision of efficient and effective technical and administrative assistance.

Based at our Head Office in Bairnsdale, the Information and Technology Senior Support Officer will be responsible for identifying, assessing and escalating any IT risks, providing high-level technical system support, proposing corrective actions and assisting with the execution of IT projects.

 About you

This role will showcase your specialist IT skills and experience, as well as your highly developed ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Qualifications in Information Technology/Computer Science or relevant 5 years’ experience is a prerequisite for the role, along with the ability to apply customer focused solutions when problem solving.
